A portable, high-performance thermal camera for professionals, the Hikmicro Pocket 2 Thermal Camera is an infrared imager with a 256x192px VOx thermal sensor, 8MP optical lens, -20°C to +400°C temperature range, and 3.5” LCD touchscreen. Ideal for building inspections as well as HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment maintenance, the Hikmicro Pocket 2 Thermal Camera can be used to locate faults faster and measure temperatures more accurately. A 25Hz frame rate delivers smooth thermal imaging while Wi-Fi connectivity allows images to be shared in real-time to a smartphone/tablet with the Hikmicro Viewer App installed. Via this app, you can also analyse images and generate reports; Hikmicro’s Analyser PC Software may also be used to create reports.

Images and videos are captured and saved to the Hikmicro Pocket 2 Thermal Camera’s built-in 16GB memory. They may be played back on the camera as required. Image contrast can be easily adjusted using the Hikmicro Pocket 2 Thermal Camera’s three level and span modes (manual, automatic, and 1-tap) to highlight potential problems. Moreover, a built-in speaker and LED torch issue audio and visual alerts when high temperatures are detected, while different user presets facilitate full-screen measurement.

In addition to providing visual alerts, the Hikmicro Pocket 2 Thermal Camera’s built-in LED torch also allows you to work safely in dark or dim environments. Furthermore, the Hikmicro Pocket 2 Thermal Camera is IP54-rated, protecting it against dust and water ingress, and has been drop tested from 2m, making it suitable for use in industrial environments.
